What made you apply for a position at Sectra?
I had heard good things about Sectra from friends that had worked here over a summer, so when I heard about an event called “Crypto night” with Sectra Communications, I attended. After that night, I knew that I wanted to work at Sectra.
How long have you been working at Sectra?
I have been working here since June 2019. I started immediately after completing my studies at Linköping University.
My colleagues always takes the time to help me with my challenges and they are 100% focused on helping the customer and developing the most secure products in the market.
What do you do at Sectra?
I work in a team known as “Infrastructure”. We are responsible for a backend system for the Tiger eco system as well as the server part in a VPN system. My responsibilities vary depending of which phase of a project we are in, and include everything from programming and testing to documentation.
What do you like most about your job?
I like how committed and passionate my colleagues are – everyone always takes the time to help you with your challenges and they are 100% focused on helping the customer and developing the most secure products in the market.
How did you get into the industry?
I became interested in cryptography and software development during my master program studies at Linköping University, so the Communications division at Sectra felt like an obvious choice on completion of my studies.
