What do you do during a normal day at work?
My days at work varies each day. Some days I may be on a customer site doing training with end users, onsite acceptance testing post upgrade,or visiting a site to investigate an issue. I also prepare upgrade training materials to send out to customers in preparation for any upcoming upgrade projects. I work on helpdesk tickets that require investigation, liaising with the customer and the 1st/2nd line engineers to resolve the customer’s problem/issue.
What do you like most about your job?
I love the variety that I have in my work. I get to work with great people, throughout all levels of the organization. I work with some of the best customers – customers who are focused on using our products and services to provide patient centric care, something that is integral to Sectra.

What are the values that drive you?
To always do the best for the customer (external or internal customers), because ultimately, it is all about the patients who will benefit from our products and services.

You also have the opportunity to build partnerships with teams in other countries as well. We work hard, but we also manage to have fun at work.
